SensaPay is expanding our Los Angeles sales team and seeking driven, relationship-focused field sales professionals to help local businesses modernize how they get paid and how they operate.

Our combined platform offers next-generation B2B payment processing, automated invoicing, 200+ accounting/ERP integrations, fraud and chargeback protection, and intuitive, high-performance POS systems built for restaurants, retail, and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Prospect daily through B2B outreach, referrals, networking, community events, and in-person visits
Engage restaurants, retailers, and local businesses to uncover needs and present tailored payments or POS solutions
Manage deals through install and activation
Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
Manage your pipeline, schedule, and territory independently
Track activity in our CRM and participate in ongoing sales/product training

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience in payments, merchant services, POS, or B2B field sales
Existing network of business owners, restaurant operators, or referral partners is a plus
Strong track record managing full sales cycles and closing business
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Tech-savvy and comfortable demoing solutions to business owners
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation (W2 Employment + Benefits)

Uncapped earnings
Ramp pay in your first 60 days ($5,000 total)
30% upfront bonuses, paid bi-weekly
