Position Overview
SensaPay/BLogic POS is expanding in Los Angeles & Orange Counties and seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive new business growth.
This is a hybrid field sales role focused on building relationships with local business owners, owning a defined territory, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who values autonomy, enjoys face-to-face selling, and wants to build a book of business in their local market that generates recurring income.

What You’ll Do
- Promote, prospect and generate new business through in-person outreach, referrals, networking, and cold calling targeting our sweet spot verticals
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners to assess needs and present solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through activation
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Maintain pipeline activity and sales tracking within CRM
- Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success
What You Bring
- 2+ years of B2B or field sales experience
- Payments, POS, or SMB sales experience a plus
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Prior sales experience selling in the market you will be working
- Self-motivated with strong time management and territory ownership
- Comfortable learning and presenting technology-based solutions
Compensation & Benefits
- $7,500 guaranteed earnings during your first 90 days to support ramp ($2,500 per month) (No annual salary)
- 30% upfront bonus on all newly activated merchant accounts
- 30–50% recurring residual income on active merchant accounts
- 30% net profit on all POS hardware sales
